How ordering works

1. Send an order request. Add the parts to your cart and send your details. There is no online payment on this website.
2. We confirm by email within 1 business day: availability, exact fitment (send your VIN for a quick check), the final price and the delivery time.
3. You pay the full amount by bank transfer, only after you agree with our quote. Only then do we order your parts.
4. We order from the USA and ship to you. We send the tracking number as soon as the parcel is on its way.

What the price includes

• The part price in EUR is shown on every product page.
• International shipping (USA → Europe) depends on the weight of your order and is shown in the cart. Every order is billed for at least 1 kg, so shipping is more cost-effective when you buy several products together.
• Local courier to your address is added at checkout, based on the weight of your order. For most European countries you can choose between 1 and 3 home-delivery options (always delivered to your address, never to a locker), with estimated delivery times; for other countries we quote it by email before you pay anything.
• VAT and customs duties are included in the price of the parts (calculated for private individuals). Companies: tick the business option at checkout and add your VAT number; we confirm the final price in our quote.

Delivery time

Delivery time: 2–3 weeks after we confirm and place your order. Usually 2–3 weeks from the moment we confirm and place your order. It differs from part to part: it depends on whether the part is in our partners’ warehouses, has to be ordered from Ford’s warehouses, or even has to be specially produced. We confirm the timing for your parts in our price quote.
